All-Purpose Flour

Half all purpose flour, half protein powder

Bacon

Fruit purees or yogurt in baking

Wine

Apple cider, chicken broth, rice wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, depending in recipe

Cheese

Part-skin mozzarella, reduced-fat cheese, mild plain yogurt
